		<description>If  the Windows Firewall service is not running type services.msc into your Run Box.  Scroll down and set Windows Firewall to &quot;automatic&quot; and then &quot;Start&quot; the service.
You will need to right-click on Windows Firewall  then clickProperties (in services.msc) todo this.
