AnsurWeb Services offers Moodle accounts for teachers, a highly plugged-in version of Moodle, and many free courses that teachers can clone to use as instructor-led classes. The existing free versions of the classes are self-paced, so trainers could offer the same class for a fee, as long as they add the "instructor-led" feature to the classes.

Our Webmaster Community site offers a Marketplace, where instructors can sell their classes, using our shopping cart system. We keep a percentage of the amount that the instructor receives for the class, in return for the tools that we provide to teachers and trainers. Our community also offers free audio/video chat and whiteboard communication tools, in addition to tools offered here in Moodle.
For more information about selling tutoring sessions and classes via our shopping cart system, please go to http://www.webmastercert.com

For those unfamiliar with the Moodle Learning Management System, here are some of the features. We have added many Moodle modules that add to the base system:
Course Creation Features:
Resource Types:
WIZIQ now offers a Moodle module that does not require teachers and students to sign up and register for an account on the Wiziq website. This is not a free module, but is sold on a monthly subscription basis. The pricing structure is based on the number of Wiziq rooms concurrently available for running real-time classroom sessions with a group of students.
The smallest package is a subscription for 5 classrooms. We will consider installing this module, and making this feature available to trainers if there is enough interest in the feature. We would bundle this feature into the trainer's/teacher's monthly subscription fee for a Moodle teacher's account.
