What the most employers look for or feel good?

my friend wanna take cisco exam with me but he wants some basic certification e.g. A+ or Network+ prior to cisco. plz suggest what the most employers look for or feel good for a candidate who have some A+ or Net+ with CCNA.

or only cisco is enough without any basic certification.

    If you want go in Networking field,first basic is must for you.
    Basic start from Diploma in computer hardware and software because in N+ field both are equal use hardware and software,after the complete certification of the hardware and software you can easily understand the CISCO Networking,and CCNA is best for you.

    I am also in CCNA field.

    I suggest A+ at least for a computer networking job cause it shows you know something about PCs. I also suggest Net+ but for a different reason: It introduces you to principles that you will need for Cisco. Trust me.
